Saitech Inc. has implemented numerous measures to prevent counterfeit products from reaching our customers. Saitech Inc. is committed to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures. This is crucial in the dynamic world of information technology where new products are introduced daily, technologies evolve rapidly, and product lifecycles shorten. The assurance of product quality and process integrity is fundamental to all work undertaken by the Saitech Inc. team. The procedures outlined in our quality manual are adhered to by all personnel across our organizational structure.
Document Management:
Document control is a vital aspect of our quality assurance. We maintain a database of procedures, forms, and work instructions applicable to each department. Receiving inspection logs are recorded in a database before the product is received into stock. Any material that does not meet our purchase order requirements is rejected and sent to the Materials Review Board.
Counterfeit Prevention / Risk Mitigation:
Saitech Inc. strictly procures from manufacturers or manufacturers’ authorized channel distributors only. As a policy, we do not procure any product directly from China. Our procurement and receiving departments have stringent processes in place to prevent counterfeit products from entering our customers’ supply chains. We are equipped to provide complete product traceability to the OEM/Manufacturer. A rigorous and ongoing supplier evaluation and appraisal process is in place to maintain high-quality standards.
Internal Audits:
Saitech Inc. conducts regular internal audits to ensure that the Quality Management System continues to conform to the original plan and is effectively implemented and maintained.
Corrective / Preventive Action: Quality assurance issues corrective and preventive action reports in response to any customer complaints or to address deficiencies and prevent their recurrence in the future.
Management Review:
Saitech Inc.’s management conducts weekly reviews to assess the company’s performance and address any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.
Saitech Inc. Counterfeit Prevention Policy We have established policies and assigned responsibilities necessary to prevent the introduction of counterfeit materials at any level of our customers’ supply chains.
We do not knowingly procure counterfeit materials. We have strengthened oversight and surveillance procedures for critical materials. We document all occurrences of suspect and confirmed counterfeit materials in the appropriate reporting systems, including the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP). We make information about counterfeiting accessible at all levels of the DOD/End Customer/User supply chain as a method to prevent further counterfeiting. We investigate, analyze, and assess all cases of suspected counterfeit materials. We debar any suppliers with a history of counterfeit products in their stock or in their supply chain.

At Saitech Inc., we ensure the highest level of protection for our customer data through strict access controls, network segmentation, and multi-factor authentication. We conduct regular security audits, use Fortinet Firewall as our Intrusion Detection Protection System, for real-time threat response and use SIEM (Security Information Event Management) for comprehensive threat detection. FortiGate firewalls support VPN capabilities, SSL/TLS inspection, and encryption protocols like AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) as part of our overall security strategy. We will not require any dedicated access to NASA’s Systems.
